In early 2017, she arrived in San Francisco and started working with SFYT as a teaching artist, and as a theatre creator. During the last years, she has dedicated her time combining arts education and mental health, while developing Spanish language theatre created for and performed by Bay Area youth. At SFYT since 2017.

“I love that at SFYT I'm not only teaching youth specific theatre skills, but how to be in connection to others and oneself.  In my classes I hope students discover the magic and power that theatre-making and storytelling can have over community building, communication, and personal freedom. I hope too that they can use the tools gained in class to grow as artists and as people.”
