Emma received her BA in Theatre Arts and English from Santa Clara University in 2022, where she focused her studies in acting, directing, creative writing, and theatre for social justice. Emma's involvement in community theatre growing up in the Pacific Northwest gave her the space to build friendships, learn valuable life skills, and express her emotions in a powerful way. She believes in the capacity for theatre arts to support youth in this way and is passionate about building safe spaces at SFYT for kids to feel those benefits. Emma lives and works in San Francisco's Mission district and has taught with SFYT since 2022.
